Jason Gregory
Incarcerated Artist
Jason Wayne Gregory is a 44 year old man who is dedicated to making this world a better place for all to live in, in spite of being in the process of serving Life, in the Virginia Department of Corrections. Having lost his own freedom at the age of 20, Mr. Gregory is very aware of the troubles facing today’s youth and is actively striving to make sure they have a voice that they might be able to identify with so others like him might be spared a fate similar to his own.
Jason loves music (Country to Classical, Rock to Rockabilly, Industrial, Metal and beyond), reads voraciously, and lists Literature, Art, and all things holistic as some of his favorite pursuits.
A self-described Champion of Light, Mr. Gregory would also like everyone to know that anyone interested in reaching out to him is more than welcome to do so through jpay.com.
When asked for a favorite quote, he replied, “As any change must begin somewhere, it is the single individual who will undergo it and carry it through. The change must begin with one individual; it might be any one of us. Nobody can afford to look around and to wait for somebody else to do what he is loath to do himself.” – Carl G. Jung. And as the great artist, inventor and Renaissance visionary Leonardo da Vinci himself, once said, “You can have no dominion greater or less than over yourself.”
Keep fighting. Stay focused, and always remember to appreciate the Present.
